Eligibility
All actively enrolled law students at any recognised Law College or University and every advocate enrolled with Bar Council of any State in India, below the age of 35 years will be eligible to register to take test at NLO’23
Syllabus
NLO’23 will be conducted on questions from the following:
- Subjects and Statutes
- Admin Law
- Constitution
- Constitutional Law
- Contract Law
- CPC
- Cr.PC
- Hindu Law
- IPC
- Maxim
- Muslim Law
- NIA
- TPA
- Information on Supreme Court
Terms and Conditions
- All candidates will have to register themselves by filling the necessary information and payment of requisite registration fee
- All registered candidates will be entitled to undertake one (1) free mock test to get acquainted with the environment and NLO’23
- NLO’23 will be held Online and will be accessible via desktop website and Phone App (Android) – National Olympiad
- NLO’23 will have 150 multiple choice questions, to be completed within 75 minutes. 5 minute bonus time will granted to those, whose link get broken during the test
- All correct answer will carry 1 (one) mark
- For every incorrect answer 0.25 (Point Twenty Five) mark will be deducted
- No mark will be assigned to unanswered question
- If two candidates gets same marks then candidate taking less time in submitting the answer, will rank higher
- If two candidates gets same marks and also clock same time, then the candidate getting less negative mark(s) will rank higher
- Law Information Center will not be liable for repayment of any fees for any reason what so ever including inability to appear or error because of any technical or electric failure etc.
- All questions and answers are set by the Question Editorial Board (QEB) after extensive research and care. The correct answers to the questions will be as set by the QEB. No candidate will be entitled to challenge the correctness of the same in any court of law. Any such action will be at the risk of cost and consequences of the candidate.
